The Crown is a 15th Century Inn located in Lea, a charming village situated on the A40 between Gloucester and Ross-On -Wye, bordering The Forest of Dean and the Wye Valley. We are a family run traditional village pub and you can always be assured of a warm welcome. Our double sided circular Wood Burner is a real feature and we boast 2 'real' fires for the winter and two garden areas for our summer visitors.
With the addition of our newly refurbished letting rooms, superb Indian Restaurant, welcoming, friendly and accomodating staff we think we offer somthing for everyone....why not come and see for yourself?

...Khan & Ali from Cardiff and Birmingham are pleased to announce the opening of their third branch, The Spice Route Restaurant and Takeaway in the charming village of Lea near Ross-On-Wye. Serving only freshly prepared food 7 evenings and two lunchtimes per week. You really are in for a treat.

We serve ABBOTT ALE, OLD GOLDEN HEN & East Coast IPA and offer a further choice from Carlsberg, Carling, San Miguel & Cobra Lagers on draught, Guinness, Stowfords Press & Thatchers draught ciders. We sell a selection of individual serve wines, and wine by the bottle starts at £10.95 per for Pinot Grigio or Merlot and up to £25.95 per bottle for Fleurie and Sancerre.We also serve a large selection of Spirits, Malts and soft drinks.
